    The following individuals have filed for Milford City Council Offices:

     *Candidates have been listed by surname in accordance with Utah Code Section 20A-6-305 using the 2025 Master Ballot Position List.

    (I) – incumbent

     A Primary Election will be held August 12, 2025. Beaver County is a vote by mail county. There will be a voting center in Beaver for all voters. Early voting will be held August 5, 6, 7, and 11 and Election Day will be August 12th. For more information, please contact the City Recorder’s Office at 435.387.2716.

     Voter registration forms are available at the Milford City Office and staff are willing to scan and email them to the Beaver County Clerk’s Office on your behalf.

    Declaration of Candidacy Forms or Nomination Petition must be filed in person with the City Recorder at 26 South 100 West, Milford, Utah between the hours of 8:00 am and 5:00 pm during the Candidate Filing Period. - See Notice of Election

     

    NOTICE OF ELECTION

    NOTICE is hereby given that Milford City will hold a municipal election this fall to elect two (2) City Council Members and one (1) Mayor to the Governing Body. Each municipal office shall be a four-year term beginning on the first Monday of January 2026. Given a sufficient number of candidates, a primary election will be held on August 12, 2025, with the municipal general election being held on November 4, 2025.

    United States citizens who have resided at least twelve consecutive months within the legal boundaries of Milford City proper that are registered voters within the same may file a Declaration of Candidacy statement. The filing for elective office is to be made before the Milford City Recorder during the regular business hours of 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., between Monday, June 2 and Friday, June 6, 2025 (deadline is 5:00 p.m. on June 6th). Milford City Office will remain open until 5:00 pm each day during the filing period.
